Palacios Vinos de Finca is the reflection of Javier Palacios,
born from his heart, his vision, his talent and his land.

A trip to Burgundy wine-growing discovered Javier a way of working the land that made an impact on him and which he wanted to transfer to his project. This agricultural vocation, of pampering historical vineyards and making unique and recognisable wines with their fruits, inspires the work of the whole team.

Collaboration of two great personalities in the wine sector

In addition, we have the collaboration of two great world personalities in the wine sector who accompany the team in its journey: Pedro Parra y Alberto Antonini.

Pedro Parra is one of the world's leading experts on terroir, calling himself a "terroirist".
At Palacios Vinos de Finca he teaches us how to carry out an exhaustive examination of the estates and identify those best suited to making unique and authentic wines, which show the typicity of the region understood as the message of the territory, not as what everyone else does in a given area.
