Description
Perfect to enjoy by the glass, with pintxos, vegetable rice, grilled octopus, creams and grilled vegetables.
Mixture of ferrous clay with calcareous clay and a sandy component of degradation on the surface. The mixture lends agility, depth and great volume on the palate.
100% Tempranillo blanco.
Harvest with optimal aromatic maturation, light pressing in the absence of oxygen to avoid oxidizing aromas, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature to preserve aromas and subsequent aging.
AGEING: 4 months on fermentation lees, regular riddling twice a week.
