From the Alto de Najerilla, in an elevated area between Badarán and Baños de Río Tobías, we discovered, almost by chance, these unique plots of old vines of Viura and poor sandy soils partially degraded with limestone chips from the mother rock.

Perfect to drink with clams, smoked fish, pasta with sea urchins or a good Comté cheese platter.
Ferrous sandy, with carbonate veins that rise horizontally from the limestone bedrock that is 1.2 meters deep, and that is mixed with rocks of a sandy nature.
100% Viura, a selection of old clones from the area.
Manual harvest in 18 kg boxes, pressing without destemming and fermentation in 35 HL barrels for a year in its lees.
AGEING: Aged in 3500L French oak barrels for 12 months.
