Garnacha from 80-year-old vines and very old clones, grown of small vineyards in the Alto Najerilla region with clay-ferrous soils in Cárdenas. A structured, complex and aromatic red laden with dark fruit notes, which are characteristic of how Garnacha ripens in these soils. Unctuous, silky and complex.

A garnacha for every day, perfect to share by the glass or accompanied by a Valencian paella, a good hamburger, mushroom risotto or sheep’s cheese.
Very deep calcareous clay soils with an important ferrous component, with rocky components of colluvial origin on the surface and with more clay as we descend to the mother rock of sandy limestone origin, partially degraded and rising by capillarity. These soils make fresh, fine, elegant wines.
100% Garnacha wine, a selection of old clones from the area.
Manual harvest, fermentation with its native yeasts in wooden vats with a percentage of 30% with stems. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation in wooden vats.
AGEING: Ageing in 40 HL French oak vats and 30 HL oval casks over 12 months.
